Gosh, I've been asked about this time and again. I have the greatest respect for Jordan Goodman. But I strongly disagree with him on this investment recommendation. This is not for "chicken money" -- The higher yields reflect the risks. There hasn't been a problem -- YET! But if -- no, make that when, the next credit crunch comes along and these projects cannot be refinanced, there will be a lot of people who get a big shock. It will work -- until it doesn't. That is NOT appropriate for chicken money.
