Small biz health insurance special deal

A contact was made to a plan at www.eHealthInsurance.com as noted in your 11/13/17 article in Chicago Tribune regarding special small business plan enrollment 11/15 to 12/15. The response was that the plan was not available unless you have 2 employees, not just 1 as your article states.

Read the article carefully.  The company must have two employees -- but only ONE need participate!  That's what's so special (along with the ability to get a great policy).  If one person has coverage from a spouse, or is on Medicare, the other employee (or partner) can get the insurance -- and pay for it on a pre-tax basis.  You have about four weeks to start this partnership, make payroll, and make tax deposits to qualify!  Read the details in the column.
