Charity contribution website
I seem to remember that you suggested a website where people can choose a charity to contribute to. We would like our grandsons to choose a charity which we would then fund or match their contribution as part of our holiday gift to them. Is this site familiar to you? Any help you can give would be greatly appreciated.

I think you are probably remembering a column I wrote about CharityNavigator.org. You can search the site for charities that reflect your interests -- and also see the ratings for how well they are run and how much of your contribution goes to actual good works vs. overhead. That's a nice idea to teach your grandchildren. They may be amazed at how many good causes could use their help!
