Commercial real estate investment
I contacted "commercial real estate income funds" because I heard about it on WGN, the minimum investment is $25,000 with 8% in monthly pay outs. My IRA is not doing anything for me and is stagnant. Is this a reliable company?

I don't know anything about this company, but an 8% monthly payout has to involve a HUGE amount of risk. So ask yourself, how much of this money are you willing to lose?
