Refinance Home Equity Loan
On WGN this week you indicated a possible rate of 3%.
The lowest I can find is 4% for Citibank and PNC.
Can you please advise where I can find the lower rate?

I suggested that we might see 30-year mortgage rates approach 3 percent. And now I think that is even more likely, because the 10-year Treasury note (on which mortgages are based, has dipped far below 1 percent)!
