Buying a house now
Is this a good time to buy a house with all that’s going on.

That’s a tough question. If you’re searching for a house, it may be difficult to gain entry as people “social distance”! But if you’ve already found the house, by all means go ahead with your purchase — assuming you feel your job is secure and you will have income to make the mortgage payments!
In fact, you may be able to negotiate a better price if the seller is under any pressure to get out.
When the mortgage market gets working again, and the FED is throwing money into the system, you may even get a lower mortgage rate. Just make sure your financing is secure.
We will get past this crisis. And you’ll need a place to live!
