Federal Tax Boom?
I have no expertise in this area but it seems that with all this stock selling, assuming many are profitable, there will be a tremendous increase in tax revenue to help us all out here and there with coronavirus costs.

Well, it will take time to collect those taxes — next year, at least. AND, many of those sales were made INSIDE pension funds and retirement accounts, where no taxes will be due until the money is paid out!
