Hi Terry, my Vanguard Long Term Municipal Bond Fund is taking a beating. Should I sell, re-balance, or keep doing my dollar-cost averaging investing?

I wouldn’t buy more for sure. This is what I was talking about in my recent column. States can’t print money like the Federal govt can. How can they pay the costs of this new virus burden?
