Stimulus Check but spouse owes child support to ex

My husband owes back child support. He no longer owes the state because of a program that he’s in but he is left with the balance for the mothers. We filed jointly and our refund was offset because of this. Will we receive the stimulus check? I did do an injured spouse form but haven’t heard back due to everything being closed at this time.
