Receive my refund this year
I Mrs. Terry, My Question is. I owe back taxes for 2010. I start making small payments. But then started having financial hardships. So It’s, just put things on a hold, but if we’re able, to just make payments if I could, but I wasn’t able to. So I’ve filed my taxes for this year. So I wanted to know if, IRS would keep, my refund, due to the COVID-19.

The IRS says it is NOT keeping any part of the Stimulus payment for back taxes.
