In the current climate with nonpayment of leases, what are your thoughts on the stability of Vanguard REITs, keep, sell or ?

Not all REal Estate Investment Trusts (REITS) are alike. Some hold office property; others hold apartment rentals, etc etc.
So you need to know what type of REIT you’re investing in!
I think there will be continuing pressure on office rents as we have learned that we can work from afar. Ditto on hotel REITS, since who knows whether and to what extent business travel will resume.
