Back child support
My ex-husband has not done his taxes for over 18 years will I get his stimulation check or will he get one he owes back child support so that’s why he doesn’t do his taxes

If YOU file (or get SS retirement or disability payments or SSI) then YOU will get your stimulus check the same way you get your other benefits.

If your ex doesn’t file not only will he not get a stimulus check (assuming he has enough income to be required to file) but he is a tax cheat! But you left him behind a long time ago!
