Stimulus Check
Hi Terry,
I was wondering if I should be worried about my stimulus check. I filed my 2019 taxes online and set up direct deposit. I received an email letting me know that on 5/14 both the federal and state received my tax return and I received my state refund on 6/5/20. However when I go on irs.gov to check the status of my stimulus payment, I keep getting the message that info is not available. I did not file a return for 2018 because I was only employed for 3 months out of that entire year. Should I be worried that I did not qualify for the stimulus check? My 2019 income was only 36K and I do not have dependants.
Thanks so much for your time,

Give it a few more weeks and then get back to me if you don’t get your stimulus check by July 10th. And be on the lookout for it to possibly come by mail, on a debit card that arrives in a white envelope. By mid-July they will have a program to trace stimulus payments — but they are trying to get them all out by then.
