Unemployment (ugh!)

My 24yr old son received his “unemployment approval” almost one month ago - was told he would get a debit card in the mail within 7 days. He’s still waiting!!! (I open EVERY SINGLE piece of mail - junk or not) Should we be nervous about that?!? Soon he will be unable to pay his rent. He has not gotten his stimulus check either. SO frustrating!!! Thank you!
