Unemployment Benefits in CA
I was working two jobs and both business closed. Can I collect unemployment benefits from both companies. I live in California.

Contact your state unemployment department, since those rules are made state by state. My best guess is that you’ll get benefits from only one — the highest paying job — and that’s assuming that the employer paid into the states unemployment tax program. But it can’t hurt to try listing both lost salaries in your application.
