Ides fraud
I received a key bank card months ago and I activated it. I have certified via telephone every 2 weeks since April and have not seen any unemployment $ nor has any $ been loaded onto to Key Bank Card. Unemployed since 3/26/20. Also have not been able to speak to anyone. I did fax all paperwork to Springfield office re: unemployment claim. What to do next?
