1099k and 1099g at same time
Hi Terry, I sold some stuff on ebay and honestly didn’t realize that it should affect IDES benefits. I received a 1099g and also a 1099k from paypal…Will I get in trouble for not saying I sold on Ebay in months in which I received IDES benefits? Very worried..

I searched all over the IDES website and various tax provider sites for an answer to this. I couldnt’ find it. I can’t imagine that 1099k income from sale of an asset would impact unemployment benefits. But I can’t give you a firm answer. I would not report it and wait to see what happens.
