Tax refund
Good morning Terry, I’m curious to know what the situation is with the status of my tax refund? I’ve been checking my status on the IRS website for the last 3 weeks and all it’s been saying is that my refund is still being processed…???? the only reason I filed this year in the 1st place is because I never received the 2nd round stimulus payment. Considering that the good folks that serve in Capitol hill are about to pass yet another stimulus package, how am I suppose to find out what’s going on specifically? The IRS website is growing to be absolutely useless in regards to the matter and it’s pretty much impossible to get through their hotline to speak with an actual representative. I receive a VA pension once a month due to my service in the US Navy and it adds up to no where near $75,000 annually. Not to mention that when they past the first stimulus package I received that payment via paper check with no issues. Please help because I’m totally confused. Thanks in advance

Did you file electronically? Did you include your direct deposit banking information? If so, your refund should come in teh next few weeks directly to your account. But if you filed on paper and did not include banking information, you will be waiting for months!
