PUA overpayment issue

Hi Terry! Well, it’s happened to me! The state would like me to pay back 18,000 of the PUA monies paid over the last year. I couldn’t remember your recommendations to others in this situation. My question is, should I file the reconsideration for appeal form or just wait and hope they don’t take it out of my taxes next year. They decided that they paid me almost $300 too much each week. Any advice would be appreciated!
