filing for SS at 66 yrs. 2 mouth and still work normal job hours plus OT is a good thing right. I listen to you on 720am WGN .I keep hearing you say early retirement not sure if you mean 62 -66 just checking in Thks

The best idea is to work as long as you can — even part time — and save as much as you can. And enjoy your life. If you can delay taking SS because you are still working, do so. It will add 8% a year to your base check. But there is no penalty on earnings if you take SS at full retirement age.
