401(k) Investment Strategy
Hello, Terry. Current mix is 59% Vanguard Target 2030 and 41% FXAIX FID 500 Index – Should this be changed? I’m 61 y/o. Listen to you on WGN all the time and appreciate your insight. Thank you!

That depends on what other assets you have outside your plan, how much risk you are willing to tolerate. My guess is that when you get your statement in the coming week or two, you will see that you are down by at least 20%! Youll have to hang in there another 10 years at least — but that’s when your RMDs will start. So ride it out –unless this is your ONLY money and you can’t afford the losses.
