Hi Terry,
A couple of weeks back I was listening to WGN radio when you were discussing problems people were having on the web site. Someone mentioned that he was not able to access the account after going through the account opening activity. It appeared that the governmental web site seem to have some problems and you indicated that your contact person was away at that time and that you would reply the question after you have had a chance to speak with him. Do you know if this problem has been resolved? Your reply is greatly appreciated. Thanks.
