Paying off mortgage
Hello Ms. Savage, my question is would you recommend paying off the balance of a $150,000 mortgage loan at 2.75% with cash on hand or investing the cash? If you believe investing is the better option, what would your recommendation be. Thank you for your consideration and advice.
