Ask Terry Questions T-Bill Rates

T-Bill Rates

By Terry Savage on November 08, 2022 | Chicken Money

What website can I go to for T-Bill rates? I tried CNBC but it shows bonds. I tried WSJ but wasn’t sure on their site and I tried the Govt website and that was too complicated. I just want to know the current rates for probably 26 week T-Bill and when the next auction date is. Thanks and sorry to bother you. Love you on WGN.

Well, if you go to CNBC.com, you can see how existing T-bills are currently trading.
Use this link: https://www.cnbc.com/bonds/
That will give you the current trading yield. Auctions are held on Mondays for T-bills, so you get an idea of the approximate rate you will receive.
