Social security after 70

I’m 70 can claim social security while I’m still working

Terry Says

Yes, in fact you MUST claim Social Security when you reach age 70. But, yes, you can keep working — and paying into Social Security. There is no earnings penalty now. And if you earn more than in some of your earlier years, your benefit may even be recalculated to a higher level as these new higher-earning years replace some earlier lower-earning years. SSA considers your highest-earning 35 years of work history.
