I am 70 and working with nm part time ,my wife died 2013 when she was 54 .I am getting her social security can I get my and her both social security .

You MUST start collecting your Social Security at age 70. Contact Social Security and they will figure out whose benefit is larger. That’s the one you’ll get! YOu don’t get to collect both!
And you can keep working and earning money without any penalty.
