Hi Terry,
Are the TBill rates only good on the day of the auction or if there is inventory remaining after the auction date can you still buy them at the reported rate until the inventory is gone or the next auction date (whichever is earlier)?
For instance if today is 6/1/23 and I want to buy TBills and the auction rate was say 5.25% as of 5/30/23, would I still be able to get the 5.25% rate (if there is remaining inventory) or do I have to wait for the rate as of the next auction date 6/5/23, regardless of how many TBills were sold as of the previous auction.

You can place your order at any time during the week, but it will be executed at the next Monday’s auction and you will get the “average” price(yield) that is set at that auction.
