Correct date to request Social Security benefits start
Terry, I called John Williams’ program today and asked the “exactly what date do I fill in online when applying to start Social Security benefits to MAKE SURE that I receive the +8% benefits for waiting until I turned 70 years old?” question.
My 70th birthday is 19 AUG 2023 (DOB 19 AUG 1953).
