Will

By Terry Savage on July 16, 2023 | Financial Planning / Retirement

After the Aretha Franklin debacle we’ve decided we should probably have a will or trust. We are retired in our mid 60’s. Don’t have much (house, cars, small savings). What’s the best way to go to prevent my 3 daughters struggling to divide everything?

Love your appearances on WGN and have invested in T-Bills on your advice. Thank you.

Please watch this video. Then use the link in the video to find an estate planning attorney in your area. It doesn’t have to cost a lot — and it will be cheap when you consider the problems your children won’t have to face!
