Treasury Bills
I am thinking of purchasing some Treasury Bills but the concept of an auction boggles my mind. Do I have to participate in these auctions? If I don’t participate, how will that affect my Treasury Bills?

No! You don’t “participate” — you agree to accept the average rate set at the auction and bid upon by global banks.
