My mom still needs to complete 2 credit but reached age 65. Once she completes 2 credits when can she apply for SSN Benefits?

Yes, she should continue to work in a job covered by SS. Then she should wait until at least 67– her FULL RETIREMENT AGE — before claiming benefits.
