Percent of retirement savings in stocks

My wife and I are both 65 and both retired with 60% of our portfolio in stocks. Based on this Wednesdays broadcast on wgn should we reduce that percentage?. Schwab smart portfolio says we could lose 400,000 if the market tanks.
