Trusts

If my husband and I have all our assets (property, bank, annuities)set up with
Beneficiaries- TOD)do we still need to set up a trust.
Thank you

Beneficiaries get the property when you DIE. But what happens if you have a stroke or dementia??
Someone needs to get a court order to handle your affairs.
That’s the point of a Revocable Living Trust.

You could set up powers of attorney for property and healthcare, but I think the RLT is a much more creative solution.
