New ROTH IRA investments
I just opened a Roth IRA with Fidelity. I’ve invested in some REITS like KIM, KIM and VNQ and ETF like QQQM, VOO and EFC this a good idea in our current market?

That depends on how diversified your other investments are. ONe thing for sure, you don’t want to be all in REITS.
