Financial planner fees

Hi Terry Looking to retire in about 6 months. Our long time Financial advisor from NWM is looking to handle our investments ($630K) for a fee of %1.6. Is this a fair fee? Should I shop around? We basically have our funds in mutual funds and they have done very well. He will be arranging our accounts in more flexible accounts. From a brokerage account to a advisory accounts. Thanks for any advice.
