Snowbird home

Hi Terry, Love you on the radio. Question, my home is almost paid off and have about $9M in savings/investments. My wife and I are 56 and our kids are 19, 21 and 27, so we are spending 6 weeks in SC for the first time this year. Our dream would be to own a home in SC and snowbird there for 5 months of the year, but not sure if that lifestyle would be too expensive. I figure a home we would want would be between $1M-$1.5M. I hope to work until 61 or 62. Thoughts?
