Turning 70 in Jan. Receiving a postal pension and a spouses RRR pension.
Hi Terry, my wife turns 70 in Jan. She receives a civil service pension and a spouses RRR pension through me. When she applies for social security would it or one of the others be reduced or would it be in addition to?

The Fairness Act removed penalties for those who also get Railroad Retirement benefits and Civil Service retirement benefits.
