Retirement Funds
I feel nervous more than usual, I have enough chicken money for 3 or 4 years at least in cash. In my retirement fund, I am in a mix of mutual funds/bonds and around 12 percent in money market cash in my 401k
Should I get out of some of these funds?
Which funds are more risky if I do?

There’s an old saying in the markets: “Sell down to the sleeping point.”
It sounds like you need some overall fee-only FIDUCIARY advice from someone who is not trying to sell you something.
