You should contact Legal Aid in your community — not one of those online commercial companies. A will doesn’t have to cost a lot of money, but you should talk to a lawyer so you can make sure that your daughters inherit any value in your home that is above your mortgage loan.
And while you’re at it, the lawyer will make a healthcare power of attorney for you — naming your daughter to make decisions if you cannot.
