We are in the process of updating our will and creating a trust for our property. We had planned to use a local lawyer that specializes in this, however, I have noticed that there are several websites that do this also, but for a much lower cost. Do these various websites provide the documents needed and are they legal?

Oh, PLEASE use an attorney — in person -=- who specializes in estate planning. If you make a mistake on one of these do-it-yourself sites, you won’t be around to fix it when it is finally discovered!!
