Series E Savings Bond
I tried to cash two series E savings bond (1977) at Bank of America. They were unable to “scan” them, saying a series of numbers are not on the bottom of the bonds. They said to try The Federal Reserve Bank. Do you have any recommendations on how to cash the bonds ?

Yep, those are very old and have stopped paying interest. But they do have value.
