My husband & I are retired in our 70’s. We have house, condo, boat plus liquid assets in stocks & money markets. We have 3 children with a will for equal distribution at our deaths. Is there any advantage to establishing a trust at this time? Thank you.

There is EVERY advantage to creating a revocable living trust, and putting the title of your home in the name of the trust.
