I can’t do zoom calls on my computer. No camera or microphone. What do I do. I do have a log in-gov. account.

Actually, you really have to create your ID.me account on your phone! Do you have an iPhone?
If not, please reply to the email you receive saying your question has been answered, and include your phone number. I can now put you in touch with someone at Id.me who can help yu get set up.
