1099G
My wife received in the mail her form 1099G. I never received mine. Who do I contact to receive mine.?

Did each of you receive unemployment compensation or other income from the state? The 1099G is for reporting that income.
If you did get unemployment benefits — but did not yet receive a 1099G, you’ll have to contact your state.
