2019 tax
We still have gotten our refund for 2019 taxes. We sent in a 2nd form in February this time to Kansas City.

Is this the return you filed in July of 2020 — because all return deadines were extended?
Did you check on the status at the IRS website, but clicking on the Where’s My Refund link? That’s how you can find the “almost” current status of your return.
Did you file a paper return back then? Did you have direct deposit information on it for your refund?
What form did you send in February — and why did you send it? Did the IRS ask for more information?
Did they have your correct address if the site shows your check was mailed? If direct deposit, was that bank account still open all year?
It’s hard to know how else to respond without having more facts. But you surely should have had that 2019 refund by now. People are still waiting for refunds from 2020 returns filed earlier this year, but as far as I know — unless under investigation — all 2019 refunds have been paid out.
