2019 Taxes

Thank you, I listen to you VERY often of WGN! Frustration and question: I filed 2019 on Feb. 25th. With an (expensive) but traditionally reliable accountant. As of today, nothing; IRS site shows nothing in "where's my refund" or in my IRS login/to see history. Accountant originally said may be due to tuition payments I've made for my daughter; delay in IRS looking at that. It's been 12 weeks, he sent return in physically. I can't get a hold of him currently; WHAT CAN I DO? CAN I REFILE? I HAVE $8700 COMING BACK WHICH I DESPARATELY NEED RIGHT NOW for my family as a single Mom. OPTIONS? THANK YOU!!
