2020 Federal refund

Good evening Terry, my wife and I have electronically filed our 2020 tax returns that were accepted on May 3rd 2021. We did not receive our Federal refund as of today. We have already filed 2021 returns this week. We were able to connect and get some information in regards to our status on their website on a few occasions last year, but cannot this year as they say our information input is not correct. We have not changed anything.
Can you advise a next step please.
