2020 federal tax return
Our accountant electronically filed our 2020 tax return on April 13,2021 and we have not received our refund. I keep checking the IRS.gov website and there are no updates and it keep saying it’s being processed. I’ve tried calling and no customer service available. No one answers the calls. How do I really know that they are really processing our return ?
Should I have my accountant resubmit it?

Definitely do NOT resubmit your return! The IRS is way behind. And as long as it says”processing” you know they have it. You will receive your refund –plus 3% interest — when they finally get around to it!!
