2020 Tax Refund
Hello, I had to file an amended return in June of 2021 for my 2020 return. I still haven’t heard anything back or received the refund. I have pursued the online option, but get notified that they’re unable to help me. If I call, they are also unable to help through the channels I’ve tried because it’s not regarding 2021 returns. Do you have any other suggestions for me please? Thank you!

The IRS is still way behind on 2020 returns — and the amended return put yours on the bottom of the pile!
