30 year Fixed Loan rates
Currently at 3.99, it now at 3.27. Where do you see it bottoming out at. Kiplinger Letter says it will get into the 2’s, you have any thoughts?

I have no idea – -but if you’re in the market to refi, I’d do it NOW! If rates go lower, you can always refi again!
